Updating the Lane County Transportation System Plan will involve gathering information and ideas from residents, business owners, and other stakeholders in Lane County. There are many opportunities for you to participate. Be sure to join our email list to receive important project updates.

Community Workshops

At two times during the project, Community Workshops will be conducted at up to five locations throughout the County. These events offer a great opportunity to talk to the project team, review information, and provide input. Materials presented at these events will be posted to the Project Library as available.

Community Workshop Series #1 (Winter 2014-15)

The purpose of these workshops is to provide overview of the project, receive input on the County’s goals and policies for the transportation system, existing and future transportation conditions and needs, and process for identifying and evaluating solutions to address transportation needs.

Community Workshop Series #2 (Summer 2016)

The purpose of these workshops is to review draft solutions to address transportation needs and receive input on preferred transportation improvements.

Stakeholder Advisory Committee

Lane County has invited community and stakeholder group representatives to participate in a Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC) that will meet five times to provide input on the development of the TSP. All SAC meetings will be advertised on this web site and are open to the public. Materials presented at these meetings will be posted to the Project Library as available.
